The Eden was louder. The Fafner's passive controls are effective but the active eq on the Eden goes further. Otherwise the differences to my ears were subtle. The Fafner looks awesome but after A-B'ing the Eden sounded minimally better. I have owned (and sold last year to help finance my woodwork business) an EBS Fafner grey stripe with 2 210 evolution cabs (no tweeter control) Which I owned for 10 years. Loved the sound and tone variety but a bit low end shy. Maybe it was the cabs.

Head never left the studio (which is air conditioning and of course smoke free)Beside one scratch on the top of rackmount the condition is perfect.Working great.
